Is SWOT Analysis Important?

SWOT analysis is very important. Using the outcome of SWOT analysis and identification of the company’s opportunities, the management would be able to reevaluate the company’s mission and objectives. The management will then evaluate whether the company’s mission and objectives are realistic. If they are realistic, the management can continue to formulate strategies. But if they are not realistic, the management should make the necessary changes.
